At the heart of our culinary operation is a 6000 sqft state-of-the-art kitchen, equipped with advanced technology to serve 20,000 pax daily.

Our kitchen boasts a 200-litre boiling pan, a semi-automatic chapathi making machine and a high-capacity vegetable cutting machine, the Kosmos A8, capable of processing 1000kg/hr, ensuring efficiency and speed in food preparation.

Additionally, our in-house RO plant provides purified water for cooking, guaranteeing the highest quality and safety standards in every dish that leaves our kitchen.
