Optimal utilisation of space

The storage space is planned based on volume of the business and separate compartments for dry, wet, and cold storage. The LIFO (last in first out) and FEFO (first expire first out) methods are followed to keep the flow of ingredients intact without wastage.

Superior performance & efficiency in equipment, fittings, & waste disposal systems

Standards on equipment and fixtures stainless steel; placing the equTo ensure optimal hygiene and safety, all equipment and fixtures are made of stainless steel, and the layout facilitates regular cleaning and sanitization. Stainless steel is preferred for equipment, while plastic laminate is recommended for food preparation surfaces. Walls, floors, and high-contact surfaces are easily cleaned with standard cleaning materials.
